Reseller & Vendor
Terms & Conditions

Applies to all Field Agents / Field Resellers and Vendor Merchants registered through the Mushe WiFi sign-up channel (web form or WhatsApp).

By registering as a Mushe WiFi reseller — as a Field Agent / Field Reseller or a Vendor Merchant — and by ticking “I Agree” or replying AGREE on WhatsApp, you accept these Terms in full. No signed paper contract is required. If you do not agree, do not complete registration.

1

Who You Are

  • Field Agent / Field Reseller — you sell Mushe WiFi vouchers on the move, using your phone. You hold no Mushe equipment.
  • Vendor Merchant — you sell vouchers from a fixed location and host a Mushe access point or router at your premises.
  • Clause 6 (Equipment) applies to Vendor Merchants only. Everything else applies to both.
2

Your Status

  • You are an independent reseller, not an employee, partner, or agent of Mushe WiFi or its parent company, Telco Holdings (Private) Limited.
  • Your appointment is non-exclusive — Mushe may appoint other resellers in the same area.
  • You cannot make promises or agreements on Mushe's behalf, and Mushe is not liable for anything you say or do beyond selling authorised vouchers.
  • You are responsible for your own costs, including transport, phone airtime, and any local taxes on your earnings.
3

Registration & Verification

  • You must provide an active mobile number, a working WhatsApp account, and a clear photo of your national ID.
  • Information you provide must be true. False details are grounds for immediate removal.
  • Mushe may verify your details and location before or after activating your account.
4

Onboarding Float & Vouchers

  • New resellers receive a milestone-based onboarding float, issued as Mushe voucher credit — not cash or airtime — released as you hit agreed sales milestones.
  • You may only sell vouchers at the prices and in the tiers set by Mushe. Mushe may change pricing or tiers on reasonable notice sent via WhatsApp.
  • You may not create, alter, duplicate, or resell counterfeit vouchers, or sell at prices other than those set by Mushe.
5

Commission & Settlement

  • You earn a residual commission on vouchers sold and on repeat usage they generate, at the rate communicated to you at sign-up.
  • Commission is reconciled against the Mushe system and settled in cash or mobile money on the agreed schedule.
  • Mushe may withhold or reverse commission linked to fraudulent, disputed, or unverifiable sales.
6

Equipment (Vendor Merchants only)

  • Any router, access point, or related hardware remains Mushe's property at all times. You hold it in trust and are responsible for keeping it safe, powered, and undamaged.
  • You may not move, open, reconfigure, or let anyone else tamper with the equipment without Mushe's written go-ahead.
  • If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged through your negligence or an unsecured location, you are liable for its replacement cost.
  • Report any fault, tampering, or theft to Mushe within 2 hours of discovering it.
7

Branding

  • You may display Mushe WiFi branding and signage only as supplied or approved by Mushe.
  • You must never claim to own, operate, or control the Mushe network — you are an authorised reseller only.
  • If your registration ends, you must remove all Mushe branding and stop presenting yourself as a Mushe reseller immediately.
8

What You May Not Do

  • Source or resell internet bandwidth, vouchers, or hotspot access from anyone other than Mushe under the Mushe brand.
  • Attempt to bypass, hack, or manipulate Mushe's billing, voucher, or captive portal systems.
  • Collect, store, or share personal data of WiFi users (names, numbers, ID details) outside Mushe's own systems.
  • Harass, mislead, or overcharge customers, or misrepresent Mushe's pricing or service.
  • Operate a competing public WiFi hotspot service branded or marketed in a way that could confuse customers with Mushe, within your assigned area, while registered as a reseller.
9

Data Protection

  • You must comply with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07]. Any personal data you come across in the course of reselling belongs to the customer and must be handled only through Mushe's authorised systems — never stored on your own phone, notebook, or personal accounts.
10

Ending Your Registration

  • You may stop reselling at any time by notifying Mushe on WhatsApp; any outstanding float or equipment must be settled or returned within 3 days.
  • Mushe may suspend or end your registration immediately for fraud, misappropriation, repeated non-performance, equipment tampering, data breaches, or conduct that damages the Mushe brand.
  • Mushe may otherwise end your registration on 14 days' notice via WhatsApp, without needing to give a reason.
11

Liability

  • Mushe is not liable for losses arising from network outages, power cuts, load-shedding, or issues with upstream providers beyond its control. You indemnify Mushe against claims arising from your own breach of these Terms or negligence.
12

Disputes & Changes

  • Any disagreement should first be raised with your Mushe area coordinator for a good-faith resolution.
  • Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of Zimbabwe and the jurisdiction of the courts of Harare.
  • Mushe may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to sell Mushe vouchers after being notified of a change means you accept the update.

Acceptance

Ticking “I Agree” during sign-up, or replying AGREE to the Mushe WiFi WhatsApp bot, confirms you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and that you consent to being bound by them for as long as you remain an active Mushe WiFi reseller.
